PART X.  JACKSON PARISH WATERSHED DISTRICT

§2900.  Creation; location

The Jackson Parish Watershed District is hereby created out of the watershed of all streams located in Jackson Parish, and more particularly defined as all of Jackson Parish, Louisiana.
